How experienced is the company?
Experience is everything. It’s going to be key to how much, how quickly and how effectively a contractor can complete paving and sealcoating. Experience is also worth its salt, because a veteran company won’t just be asphalt contractors, but partners. They will design a plan for when to do asphalt repairs and maintenance. Advise you when to sealcoat to guard against water damage and uv rays. With our asphalt paving, sealcoating and concrete, your ground will get the respect it deserves.
Will they bring great value?
For many clients, the major defining factor is cost. But you can get high grade materials and expert service without breaking the bank. Asphalt and concrete are serious investments. Look, a low price means nothing if it means low quality. You’ll only wind up paying more in the long run for repairs and have to deal with an eyesore of a parking lot that leaves a poor impression to potential customers in the meantime. You can still have quality AND be cost effective. It should be the norm to work with a client’s budget AND do a great job. You need to find a company that agrees.
