Premium Material
Sealmaster Polymer Modified MasterSeal (PMM) is a high performance mineral reinforced asphalt emulsion blended pavement sealer. PMM is a blend of a unique polymer and special surfactants. PMM is manufactured to provide superior adhesion, flexibility, and durability. PMM sealant material is made up of increased solid content (58-62% solid content vs. Coal Tar and Asphalt Based at 40-43% solid content)

How is Asphalt Sealcoat applied?
Coal Tar Asphalt Based Sealant, Asphalt Based Sealant, and Polymer Modified MasterSeal Sealant can be applied by either Machine Squeegee or Spray application.
