In the summer of 1986, Eric and Jon Maul recognized the need for a residential asphalt maintenance company in their community and founded Maul Asphalt and Sealcoating. By the close of their 10th year in business, Maul Asphalt and Sealcoating had grown into a niche business servicing over 1,000 residential customers annually.

Over the next several years, an investment was made in additional equipment capacity and sales efforts were re-directed towards the commercial and industrial asphalt maintenance markets. Since that time, Maul Asphalt and Sealcoating has gone on to experience tremendous growth in the commercialand industrial marketplace and has provided asphalt maintenance to a wide variety of clients.
